The technology within the suit completely re-wired the limbic system (the part of your brain responsible for reacting to emotions) and disabled networks of synapses which would allow the subject to rebel against the suit. Unlike Oz's old suit, this one encompasses his whole body; inside and out, and acts like a shell as well as a command centre for The City's deadliest borg to date.
